I am so excited Kelly is allowing me to special guest on the blog from time to time to show you some of my work and exciting adventures!
Kelly turned me on to Melissa Jill’s blog when I first started working at KHP this winter. Melissa has so much great information on her blog and when she announced she was hosting a workshop in my great home state of Colorado I just had to jump on it.

I learned so much and really had a great time with some awesome women. This was the perfect workshop for me to learn more about best business practices and how to take my work to the next level. I highly recommend this workshop to photographers in the beginning of their journey or those that have been at it a while and need to spice up their life.

I am really enthusiastic about bringing this new knowledge to Kelly Hornberger. I learned everything from how to help clients with their wedding timeline to using the back button focus on my camera. I brought back a plethora of ideas to Kelly so be on the look out for some exciting changes and fun surprises happening here at KHP!

I am so excited to get to put into practice what I have learned at the MJ2DAY. Above is a picture of my wonderful workshop friends in action check out their blogs/websites and what they had to say about the MJ2Day; Katie Bradshaw (Kelly’s Cousin and my workshop buddy), Brooke Summer, Becca Wood, Susan Pacek, Jessica Maida, Katie Derus, Brittani Bowling, Amy Peckins, Kelli Boling, Kirsten Leah, Megan Refner, Tracy Woodger-Broz, and Cathleen Schmidt.

The below shots are of Tina and Cody with the gorgeous Colorado sky behind them, they were so brave to have 16 cameras pointed right at them at any given moment.
