OMG.  Words cannot describe how beautiful of a wedding Majelle and Anthony was down in the beautiful mountains of Honduras.  Joe and I were insanely honored to be asked down for the entire wedding festivities.  I can honestly say we adore all our amazing couples…Majelle and Anthony have become such sweet friends.  To watch them get married was awesome.  These two come from two amazingly awesome families.  We are welcomed into both of them with total open arms…they even taxied us all over the crazy city.  The location of the ceremony was one that hardly any are allowed to use…the top of the mountain with Cristo del Picacho, which is where a statue of Jesus, much like the one in Rio De Janeiro, towers over the city below.  Anthony serenaded Majelle with a song for his vows…and Majelle’s Spanish vows were just as beautiful…proving yet again, words don’t always mean a thing…even if you can’t understand them, the emotions are what can cross over translation.
Then the reception was at a beautiful restaurant over looking the city and all it’s infinite lights.  Lots of amazing food, dancing, a balloon release by the little kids and an awesome “carnival” of dancing to cap off the night.  It was perfect…the rain held off and the temperature was amazing.  Not one thing could have made the night any sweeter for these two amazing people!

Some of Majelle & Anthony’s memories from the day:

Q. What was your favorite part about the wedding?

A. exchanging our vows, in front of all our special friends and family.

Q. What was the most special moment on your wedding day?
A. The most beautiful gift we received from God that day, and it was some amazing weather. It was raining in the capital of honduras none stop for 2 weeks. On the wedding day we didnt have a single drop.
A. The most special moment for the bride: was hearing anthony singing his vows to me, it was simply adorable.
The most special moment for the groom: Seeing majelle on her dress for the first time walking down the aisle to be my wife forever.
