A sweet prayer for a sweet soul

It’s always hard for us humans to get to see anything good out of an unexplainable situation….case in point, Megan.  From the moment I met her, her incredible husband and their ADORABLE  baby boy I was in love.  They came to our home and we got to spend some time at the park down the street taking family pictures and then on the backdrop doing Micah’s 1 year cake smash.  As soon as they came into our home there was an unspeakable presence of peace throughout.  All of us knew about her illness of ovarian cancer and never once spoke on it…Megan is the most beautiful mom I think I have ever met and Mark…I am blown away at this amazing man of God.  Literally 2 hours was all we were able to spend with them…and two hours was enough to bless me and Joe more than they will ever know.

Megan’s smile is a gift.  Mark’s strength and love for his bride is breathtaking.  Their combined love for their son, Micah, is STUNNING.  I was blessed that day getting to watch and record this amazing family.  The things I get to see through my lens sometimes no one else sees…it is my gift.

I have been blessed by God through this family.  An impact far more eternal than a human body.  A glimpse of how to love.  A glimpse of the breath of life.  A glimpse of the way a man uncontrollably loves a woman.  A glimpse into the heart break of God, with the hope for fullness of life.

Will you pray for her?  Tomorrow is a big day!
