Taylor & Addie -i do, i do-

kelly hornberger wedding

Addie GLOWED.  She literally was an incredibly stunning bride.  As she and some of her girls got ready in the AM she was so calm and peaceful.  Addie has a presence that just puts anyone at ease.  Everything went just as planned.  Taylor and his studly crew arrived and were ready to roll.  While Addie and her beautiful wedding party completed their finishing touches.  The heat and humidity couldn’t keep this duo and their awesome friends/family down.  All of them were such troopers to face the outdoors, which allowed for beautiful images that will forever encapsulate the day.

Addie being a couple month pregnant could not have looked more amazing in her wedding gown.  Taylor could not take his eyes off of her.  Joe and I could feel the love.  It was a beautiful day and night to love on these two through their vows to one another.

Some of Addie & Taylor’s memories from the day:
Q. What was your favorite part about the wedding?

   A. It’s so hard to pick a favorite part! The whole reception was so much fun and I absolutely loved getting to see everyone I love celebrating together.

  Q. What was one quirky or crazy thing that happened on your wedding day?

  A. Luckily nothing too crazy really happened! The whole day went so smoothly. I was pretty nervous about my two flower girls making it down the isle though. They’re both a year and a half and one is super attached to her mom while the other is quit the free spirit so I wasn’t sure how it was going to play out. I remember waiting to walk down the isle after the bridesmaids and groomsmen had left and being SO nervous and wondering what was taking so long for my turn. Then the Coordinater said “well one of your flower girls stopped to pick flowers sooo let’s just wait a minute”. It was so perfect and one of my favorite memories from the day.

  Q. What was the most special moment on your wedding day?

    A. Dancing with my new hubby for the first time. It’s really one of the few moments it felt like it was just us two during the reception and I remember just thinking how right everything was in that moment. Ill never forget it!

Q. Did you do anything yourself?

A. I made our programs and since the ceremony was outside I made them so that they could be used as fans for the guests. I also made our “guest book”. I cut out hearts on different scrap booking papers that I liked and had a “Well Wishes” box for people to place the hearts in after they signed them or wrote a little note on them. I made the name tags for the head table too but that was only because I completely blanked and forgot about them until the morning of. oops!

  Q. What do you look forward to most about being married?

  A. I’ve already learned so much from Taylor and I can’t wait to see how much we continue to grow as people throughout our life together. Getting to start a family is such a beautiful blessing and im so thankful for Taylor as a husband and beyond excited to see how great of a dad he’s going to be. Having this unconditional love by my side every day is pretty exciting too

 Q. Where do you hope you will you be as a couple in five years?

 A. Well since we got a head start we’ll have a beautiful little girl, Quinn, and she’ll probably have a little brother or sister by then. Hopefully we’ll be in a home of our own too. And considering Taylor and I look at the Houston SPCA website every time were bored, we’ll probably have adopted another pup so Cash can have a buddy. Really I’m just hoping for days filled with family and sunshine and if you throw in a couple four wheelers and a boat that’ll pretty much sum up Taylor’s hopes too
