Lindsey and Austin’s Dallas Wedding At Hillside Estate was a day full of pure love and joy! These two are one of the sweetest couples who have a big heart for their friends and family.

Throughout their wedding details, Lindsey and Austin added thoughtful mementos to special family members. For example, the gold wedding band that Austin wore belonged to his grandfather. A piece of Lindsey’s grandma’s wedding dress was added to the back of her bouquet, along with her bible displayed at the reception. In the ceremony and reception decor, Lindsey chose to decorate with blue and white ginger jars filled with white flowers. Lindsey’s mom decorates with ginger jars throughout her home, so it was a nod to her mom’s amazing taste! I love seeing how couples incorporate special meaning into the small details of their wedding!

Lindsey’s thoughtfulness extended to every guest that attended the wedding. After college Lindsey was single for some years and went to dozens of weddings alone. She remembers how lonely it can feel to be a guest and she wanted everyone to have a message from her and Austin to tell them how special they were. She and Austin wrote a letter to every guest at their wedding! Looking back Lindsey is so glad she went through with it!

In the Hillside Estate wedding chapel where their wedding ceremony took place, Lindsey and Austin did a first look to start the day together. Lindsey remembers, “I loved our first look! I’m SOOOOO glad we did one just to be alone and get our nerves out together.” To couples thinking of doing a first look, Lindsey encourages, “Do the first look, just do it!”

Lindsey and Austin are celebrating their first wedding anniversary on April 17th and are expecting their first baby soon! Wishing these two a happy anniversary and a big congratulations on their baby on the way!
