This weekend was full of friends, family, a birthday party for two and the croup with a cherry on top.  So forgive me if I am now behind on the week.

It was an awesome weekend full of family time, something we hardly ever get on a weekend, as well as Jake & Holt’s 5th and 2nd birthday.  They were born on the same day, Dec. 2nd, 3 years apart.  It’s crazy.

So we just did it up this year with a joint party…and now we are pooped.

It was a success.  About 15 little kiddos running around our backyard and hoarding as Jake and Holt opened their presents.  It’s hysteria.

Then Brock surprised us with croup that night, which gave Joe and I about 2 hours of sleep on our Sunday night.

One word for yesterday – recovery.

But I’m getting back on the wagon today.  I am looking forward to answering all your emails and phonecalls.
