Q. What’s the best thing that has happened to you as a couple since you’ve been married?

A. This is a hard question since it is difficult to top the wedding! We have really enjoyed spending time together without the wedding distractions and getting used to being our own family unit.

A. Jeff: Meredith is incapable of drinking a full 12 ounce bottle of water. The first 6 to 9 ounces seem to go down smoothly, but based on the number of half-full water bottles I find around our house, the quality must dip precipitously for those last several ounces.
Meredith: Jeff does not like to share his sink. Everywhere else in the house is fair game, but his sink in our room is his personal space.

A. Argentina! In April we went to Mendoza and Buenos Aires for our first big international trip together. We explored the cities, the Andes, the wineries and brought back some amazing memories (and wine!).

Q. What is the biggest piece of advice you can offer newly weds?

A. If you can afford it, get a maid! Time is so precious so just enjoy each other and the small moments you have together. It’s easy to get caught up in work or other obligations, so make sure to set aside quality time for your marriage.
