Kelly Hornberger

Dear beautiful bride,

We see you.  We see all the time, effort and love you and your fiance have poured into creating the wedding you’ve been dreaming of.  We also see the stress and anxiety surrounding it now, instead of the excitement you should be feeling.
At Kelly Hornberger Photography, our hearts are hurting for you and your family.  COVID-19, the quarantine, and the travel restrictions are things none of us have ever experienced before.  As we all navigate them together, we want you to know that we are here for you, to be a resource as you decide when and how to proceed with your wedding.

Here’s one thing we are sure of:

Eventhough your date and your plans may need to change, you will still have your incredible day, and we will still be there with you, ready to capture every magical moment and sweet memory!

Your wedding photos are the first glimpse into your brand new family legacy, and it is worth taking the energy to make those happen. With stress and tragedy come a renewed sense of passion and perseverance. The real reasons for why you do what you are doing are magnified even more.

So, no matter what, don’t give up.  The world may look different today than it ever has before, but that doesn’t change the fact that you’re getting married soon!

It is our sincere belief that you shouldn’t throw away all of the time, effort and love you’ve already put into the planning process.  Instead, consider postponing and then choose a new date as soon as you are able!
You can find more details about what postponing your wedding may look in these three COVID-19 articles from Vogue, Martha Stewart Weddings, and Harper’s Bazaar

What more excitement do you need, than the goal to make your entire wedding weekend an experience that everyone cannot wait to be a part of and a place to embrace all of those you love so much again!

Furthermore, if you’re not currently working with a planner and handling all of this on your own feels too daunting, please contact us and we would be happy to put you in touch with one of the seasoned, professional planners we work with regularly.

Regardless of what you decide to do, if you or your loved ones have been impacted by the coronavirus, please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you.  We are looking forward to the day when things begin to get back to normal and we can serve you in person again! Until then, please reach out any time with questions and we will help you however we can.

xoxo-
Kel
