Claire and Holden’s fall wedding at Historic Hill House & Farm was a beautiful and joyful day despite the rainy weather. My photography team, The KHP Collective, photographed their wedding day and they couldn’t have done better work! Â
Wedding at Historic Hill House & FarmÂ
Claire & Holden’s wedding day started with getting ready at the venue. Claire and her Dad shared an emotional first look on the porch together that was heartwarming! Next, Claire and Holden had their first look and exchanged the letters they wrote to one another. We fully utilized the covered porch for their wedding party photos and for some portraits too since it was a rainy and dreary day! Later on in the day we were able to capture outdoor portraits of Claire and Holden walking around the venue.Â
Their ceremony and reception took place inside the barn and was full of warm boho details. Beautiful floral arrangements lined the aisle for the ceremony and decorated the tables at the reception. Despite a dreary day they created a lively and cozy atmosphere in the barn. A live band kept guests entertained and dancing through the night. The couple shared a private last dance and then exited with their guests waving streamers!
Historic Hill House Weddings
In a rural area north of Houston, you’ll find the Historic Hill House & Farm tucked away into its own oasis. The Historic Hill House is an incredible place for a weekend getaway or wedding weekend like Claire and Holden. This venue has gorgeous getting-ready spaces for both bridesmaids and groomsmen. Due to the weather Claire and Holden’s ceremony was inside, but they have a beautiful lawn for an outdoor wedding ceremony too. Everything about this venue was perfect for this couple’s wedding with a boho and rustic feel! Â
