After their pre-dinner cocktails at Kemo Sabe, Elizabeth and Bloor went to their wedding rehearsal dinner at the Holden Harlot Museum in Aspen. The night before the wedding the couple had an evening to catch up with friends and family that felt elevated, yet fun and laidback!
Western Theme Wedding Rehearsal Dinner in Aspen
Most of their guests had never been to Aspen before so the couple was excited to share one of their favorite places with everyone. Guests arrived to the welcome dinner dressed in line with the “Aspen western” theme. Both Elizabeth and Bloor wore their custom-made cowboy hats from Kemo Sabe that had been branded with their wedding date!
Bright, whimsical florals decorated the long farm-style tables and were a bright pop of color amidst the historical and rustic venue. Photos from different phases of their relationship were placed among the flowers on top of light blue tablecloths.
With the beautiful mountain backdrop and live music by Dan Sheridan, guests sipped on cocktails, mingled, and played yard games. Playing horseshoes and corn hole on the custom-made boards were favorite activities for everyone!
Elizabeth and Bloor brought their favorite wine from a winery in Sonoma, CA, to share with their guests. They also had a giant wine bottle from this winery for guests to sign.
As the sun began to set and everyone was seated beneath the glowing string lights, family and friends got up to toast to the couple. The heartfelt speeches were a sweet reminder of why everyone was gathered to celebrate Elizabeth and Bloor!
The following day Elizabeth and Bloor got married at the Aspen Meadows Resort and had their reception at Hotel Jerome! Stay tuned for their wedding blog! Did you catch the blog from their welcome party at Kemo Sabe? Check out the blog post here!
