Flower Filled Wedding at The Clubs at Houston Oaks

Christina and Tommy’s flower-filled wedding at The Clubs at Houston Oaks was a long-awaited celebration. Their original wedding date was in March 2020, so at the height of the pandemic, they got married in their backyard. Fast forward to 2022 they finally had a huge party to celebrate their marriage with friends and family!

They both got ready at the venue. Christina’s wedding gown was custom-made just for her and she was so excited for Tommy to finally see her in her dress! Tommy’s suit was also custom and the liner inside his jacket was filled with photos spanning their relationship from dating to married.

Their first look together was one of their favorite moments on the wedding day! Once they were ready, they did their first look in the courtyard leading up to the 15th-century French Chapel. With the chapel as the backdrop, we took family photos and wedding party photos there.

Flower Filled Wedding Reception at Houston Oaks

One of Christina’s favorite details was the three different areas for cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing. Beth of Keely Thorne events brought Christina’s vision to life and seeing it all come together was like a fairytale!

To kick off their wedding celebration, guests enjoyed cocktail hour on the lawn under the huge oak trees on the property. Specialty cocktails were served with live country music from Cooper Wade playing in the background. Before heading to the tent for the reception, Christina and Tommy shared their first dance on a small dance floor beneath the trees.

Their tented reception was filled with vibrant and lively flowers that flowed from the ceiling and from table to table. Dinner was served, toasts were given and the cake was cut!

Soon the band led the couple and their guests to the second dance floor. The dance floor had a ceiling of chandeliers wrapped in neon lights and translucent balloons. Christina changed into a vibrant flower pattern dress and then danced the night away with everyone to the sounds of the Powerhouse Band! To end the night they shared a private last dance and had a sparkler exit.

Christina and Tommy’s wedding was a celebration to remember and I’m so happy they were able to have the wedding they dreamed of!
