They were completely surrounded. Surrounded by beautiful friends and family with so much love to give. A union that was so evident of God perfect timing. With the blessing of family to give so much of themselves to their wedding day there was no way a tear could not be shed for Jennifer & David. The coolness of the air could not even fade the warmth these two felt to get to finally be marrying eachother. It was a BEAUTIFUL day, a BEAUTIFUL night and one that I was so honored to get to be a part of.
Some of David & Jennifer’s memories from the day:
Q. What was your favorite part about the wedding?
A. Besides marrying each other, seeing everyone out on the dance floor having a great time!
Q. What was one quirky or crazy thing that happened on your wedding day?
A. Crazy was twofold. First, the hotel decided to cancel our shuttles to the venue. So our guests staying there, had no way to get to the venue, though we had told them they could use this shuttle. We were informed of this just 3 hours before the wedding. Second, our trio could not play outside because of the cold weather. We had to figure out how to get them set up and pipe their music outside for the guest to hear. Literally, 15 minutes before the ceremony, they were still trying to figure this out.
Q. What was the most special moment on your wedding day?
A. For me (Jennifer), it was walking up the aisle and coming into David’s presence. So much emotion and love flooded my entire body when I first saw him that day.
Q. What do you look forward to most about being married?
A. Honestly, just being with David. That is all that matters to me. I think David would say the same.
Q. Where do you hope you will you be as a couple in five years?
A. Hopefully, more in love than we are today, surrounded by children (2?!) and our family and friends, and pursuing God together.
