Jordan and Michael….a perfect ceremony uniting two awesome people.
The  morning was all about loving on these two eventhough they will both tell you that was the last thing they wanted.  Both were so cool and calm…just totally anxious to see eachother for the first time.  It was a time full of joy and tears…everyone was just so stinking happy for this awesome couple.  The prayers said over Jordan were beautiful.  All who were involved were blessed.  Many of the elements throughout were from generous hands who just wanted to love on Jordan and Michael.  It was awesome to see the outpouring of love from friends and family.  The ENTIRE time was focused on the love of Christ.  The music, the prayers, the words of Michael’s grandfather who performed the ceremony…it was exactly how it was supposed to be.
Joe and I were soooooo blessed to be there throughout the entire time…to pray over them, to watch them get married and since then to have been able to see a new marriage grow and learn as they go.

The day was split up into two.  A beautiful ceremony and church reception for MANY friends and family.  A time of relaxation.  Then a smaller evening party in a beautiful backyard of a sweet family friend.
Jordan and Michael did an awesome job of simple decor, awesome food and amazing dessert.
There was dancing, talking, catching up with old friends and a send off to the bride and groom at the end of it all.

Some of Jordan + Michael’s memories from the day:

Q. What was your favorite part about the wedding?

A. Walking out down the aisle to the Amazing Grace while holding the hand of my husband. That was pretty sweet.

Q. What was one quirky of crazy thing that happened on your wedding day?
A. The candle fell out of the candle holder when we were lighting the unity candle. It hit the ground really loudly, we both started cracking up and we got a lot of questions after about what happened up there.

Q. What was the most special moment on your wedding day?
A. After the recessional and we walked out, Michael and I had a moment to ourselves in the foyer. It was awesome just getting to hold him and kiss him and try and take it all in.
