A hot and humid Texas summer Friday night.
A bride who sacrificed anything for good pictures…including sweat.
A groom and groomsmen who hardly complained.
My kind of wedding party.
Claire and I had an awesome time hanging out with all these awesome people.  Jennifer and Patrick are blessed with some AMAZING friends and family.  The whole afternoon and evening was perfect.
A BEAUTIFUL bride walked into her handsome man who could not hold back the tears.  It was so moving.
The ceremony was a perfect representation of their Godly marriage.  The words of the pastor spoke so well towards the amazing man and woman that Jennifer and Patrick are.
Jennifer’s brother-in-law played beautiful hymns that bounced off the walls.
It was magical for all involved.
These two did an AMAZING job with every single detail of their day…100% incredible.
Lanterns were carried in by the bridal party and set down in order to form a beautiful aisle for the bride to walk through.  A pebble was to be taken so that you would remember to be in prayer for the couple.
Everything was handmade with love.
All the signs, including all the name tags that people could then take as keep sakes.  The vintage details spread throughout the venue.  The coffee bar menu created after their favs.  The food and the drinks all thought of in a manner that revolved around them.
It was awesome.
And the send off…one of my favorite send offs…they actually drove the car through the sparklers…it looked like something out of a movie.
It was an amazing night to get to be a part of.  We were so honored.
Jennifer and Patrick are two amazing people who we are now so thankful to call friends.  We knew they would be our kind of people when Patrick’s ring was forgotten at the alter and Jennifer still ran through her vows cracking up saying “with this ring I will have for you…”
What a great way to break up the silence.

Some of Jennifer + Patrick’s memories from the day:

Q. What was your favorite part about the wedding?

A. Patrick: “Trying” to watch Jen come down the aisle!
Jen: The Ceremony

Q. What was one quirky of crazy thing that happened on your wedding day?
A. Definitely the missing ring! My dad had Patrick’s ring in his pocket so we didn’t have it during the ring exchange…made things a little interesting 🙂

Q. What was the most special moment on your wedding day?
A. Patrick: Watching Jen come down the aisle!
Jen: When the doors opened and I saw Patrick crying is eyes out…that never happens so it made it extra special!
