New Years Eve is now the most special day of the year for Ledia & Miguel.  It is a day they will always be able to look back on with memories of a BEAUTIFUL girl marrying her HANDSOME man at a super fun location with crazy AWESOME friends and family.  Everyone was dressed in all their sparkle, jewels and feathers.  Gold, silver, black and white adorned the Bronze Peacock room of House of Blues.  Everyone piled in to their assigned tables to watch these two say “I do”.  To say this couple is on of the most genuinely amazing twosomes is the understatement of the year.  Even with Ledia’s family not able to speak much English Joe, Kate and I have never felt so appreciated and loved throughout the entire process.
The Four Seasons is THE most gorgeous place to be able to get ready…the light…oh the light.  It illuminated Ledia so perfectly.  The first look was perfect…totally Mad Men.
The white wall set up the sparkle of the wedding party divinely.
The room sparkled around these two.  The vows, the dances…oh the AWESOME dances…
We partied into the night…and even when the fireworks could not be seen from our spot we still made lots of noise and enjoyed toasting in the night of the newlyweds.

Some of Ledia & Miguel’s memories from the day:

Q. What was your favorite part about the wedding?

A. Everything! We cant pick just one moment, we loved it all! It went by way too quick! Can we do it again??? 🙂
Ledia – Also, i loved that my family, my parents from Albania, my uncles from Italy and Indiana and their families came in for the wedding. It reunited my family and it made this day even more memorable.

Q. What was one quirky of crazy thing that happened on your wedding day?
A Ledia – I dont think anything quirky or crazy happened on our wedding day. I do have to say everyone enjoyed my dad and i dancing together. It was fun, it was light spirited and i think it set the mood for our reception. We wanted it to be fun!
Miguel – There was a fire alarm at the hotel, so we all had to evacuate (somewhat before we were ready to leave). It wound up being nothing but we didn’t realize it until we went to the lobby where the entire Tennessee Titans football team was waiting and crowding the area…. Kind of a funny moment….

Q. What was the most special moment on your wedding day?
A. Ledia – The ceremony, getting to marry the love of my life, my parents walking me down the aisle and seeing the raw emotion in my mom and dad’s faces. For those 15-20min everything/everyone else disappeared, Miguel and i looked at each other and nothing else mattered. It was the moment i had been waiting for all day… my whole life actually.
Miguel – Our Great Aunt Emma performed the Lasso Ceremony for us, which meant a lot. That and Ledia’s Mom and Dad giving her away, I know it was a special moment for them.

Q.  Did you do anything yourself?
A. All the stationary were done by me (the bride) and my friend and bridesmaid Cali Breland. This included Save The Dates, Wedding Invitations, Programs, Seating Cards, Table Numbers/Menu Cards.
Half of the centerpieces (there was 12 total, 6 flower arrangements and 6 giant champagne flutes with floating pearls/beads and candles) were also created by us. Cali and i found the large champagne flutes at Garden Ridge, the floating beads were found on Amazon, floating candles from Hobby Lobby and there you have it!
Angelica had the idea of buying the NYE items like horns etc, she also came up with the idea of plastic short cups and clear bags for the cupcakes to go.
I had also been finding cute candle holders over the last couple of months from Crate and Barrel and CB2, which we used to decorate as well.
The rest of the space was decorated with gorgeous photography by the one and only KHP in frames found at Hobby Lobby, Kirklands, and Aaron Brothers.

Q. Where will you be as a couple in five years? Hopes, dreams, kids, etc.?
A. We plan to have a couple of children by then and hopefully living on a small piece of land not too far outside of the city, in a home that we plan to design and build for ourselves.
We are both very dedicated to our careers, we love what we do so we plan on advancing and achieving our goals career wise.
There are also a few trips we would love to take by then, Italy, France, Napa.
Most importantly we want in 5 years to have a family of our own, that is our number 1 priority, always will be.:)

Q. What do you look forward to the most about being married?
A. Not having to plan a wedding or do anything wedding related anymore. LOL. We look forward to starting our lives together as husband and wife, starting our own family… just enjoying each other, each and every day.
