Haley & Joe -i do, i do-

kelly hornberger wedding

back to blog

They wrote in journals from the moments they knew they were meant for eachother.  Lots of thoughts.  Lots of prayers.  All things that were answered the cold night in Tyler that Joe and Haley tied the knot.

It was a beautiful afternoon and evening shared with beautiful friends and families. Full of vintage details, horses, a sparkly barn & an adorable get away car.

Joe and I were honored to be there and document it all. Thank you Haley & Joe!!  Here’s to all your forevers to come!

Some of Haley & Joe’s memories from the day:
Q. What was your favorite part about the wedding?

A. Ah! EVERYTHING!!!
Seeing Joe for the first time was the BEST!
Seeing Joe when the church doors opened was just as magical!
We LOVED having all of our favorite people in one place, what a gift

Q. What was one quirky or crazy thing that happened on your wedding day?

A. We were both doped up on cold medicine and tylenol trying to fight off sickness… fun times!

Q. What was the most special moment on your wedding day?

A. Seeing my Groom for the first time.
Walking down the isle with My Awesome Dad.
Seeing Joe’s face at the end of the isle.
Being pronounced as Mr. and Mrs. Joseph DeZelle!

Q.  Did you do anything yourself?

A. Oh my… we did LOTS by ourselves.
My Mom made the wreaths on the doors, collected hankies to adorn the boquets, we collected 300 vintage plates for the past 6 monhts for everyone to eat on at the reception and decorated the entire reception besides the flowers:)

Q. What do you look forward to most about being married?

A. Waking up every morning to Joe & going home to him every night!
We both gain more family & friends as well as a life long partner, best friend and love for life & We couldn’t be more excited about that!

Q. Where do you hope you will you be as a couple in five years?

A. Our biggest Hope and dream is to be more in love with each other and with Jesus Christ more in five years than we were on our wedding day! We hope to have a kid or two by then and have lots of traveling under our belt already!
