I couple so sweet we could just eat them up!  Happy Anniversary you two!!

A. That we have grown closer and have learned so much more about each other. We have been able to get through a lot of trials and hardships within our first year of marriage that most couples hopeful don’t have to go through. Through these hardships we have learned to rely on one another and have strengthen our marriage all the same.

A. The quirkiest thing I’ve learned about Ben is that he talks in his sleep to the point were I wake up thinking that he is directly talking to me until I find out in the morning that he has no recollection of saying anything to me.

I find the quirkiest thing that I have learned about Shannon is that she has to check the time every 10 seconds when we are waiting on a certain time to come along. If I have looked at the clock to tell her it has only been 10 seconds, she feels the need to check the time herself.

A. Virginia to go to Ben’s little brother’s high school graduation. It was the first time Ben and I had been back to Virginia as well as the first time we had seen all of them since the wedding. It was great to get to see everyone and spend time catching up.

Q. What is the biggest piece of advice you can offer newly weds?

A.  Our biggest piece of advice we can offer is to have patience. At the time certain things can feel like huge issues but turn out to be the small things that can easily be fixed.
