Wedding Rehearsal Dinner

When Will & Claire thought about photography for their destination wedding in the Bahamas, they knew they wanted photos from the entire weekend!  Each event was extremely important to them and they wanted everything well-documented.

So when they asked me to photograph the wedding rehearsal dinner at Blu on the Water Restaurant and Bar, I jumped at the opportunity!  The fun, relaxed moments of the night before a wedding make for some of mine and my clients’ very favorite photos.

Rehearsal Dinner at the Beach

This sweet couple chose a stunning rehearsal dinner location.  The beachside restaurant offers breathtaking views of the Bahamian sunset dancing on the crystal water.  Outside the restaurant is bathed in Exuma blue, while the inside offers a laid-back atmosphere and a sophisticated menu.

Will & Claire’s planner, Marva Munroe of Chic Bahamas Weddings, created an intimate setting by combining beautiful florals, beach-themed table settings, and childhood photos of the bride and groom.

When it comes to rehearsal dinner dresses, Claire’s epic style was one for the books.  Her Zimmermann skirt, Andres Otalora top, and Cult Gaia heels were one of my favorite bridal wedding rehearsal outfits ever!

Being part of our sweet clients’ entire wedding weekends is such a privilege!  Each and every moment of this special time deserves to be documented.

We have gotten some of the best photos when friends and family gather for a meal and fun speeches!  Not to mention the sweet photos of you, the bride and groom, when you’re excited because things have kicked off, but not yet feeling those wedding day nerves!
